Introduction
Access to the real estate is from the bypass road of the town (Road 87), via Strand sétány, from a dead-end street. Parking is available along Strand sétány and on the area in front of the current entrance (currently already utilised as a car park). The surface of the real estate is mostly flat, over the promenade, surrounded by a large park, there is a mansion which currently hosts a primary school. From east, south-east, the area is bordered by a suburban residential area, from the west, it is bordered by the landscaped riverbed of the brook Gyöngyös.
