Spreading across an area of 32,000 hectares, the first nature park of Hungary, Írottkő/Geschriebenstein Nature Park, coordinates the cooperation between 16 Hungarian and 4 Austrian municipalities. Besides developing 21st century soft eco-tourism, it is responsible for discovering, introducing and utilising natural and tourist attractions of the area and implementing environmental education projects.
